What is a "pop up picnic"?


A pop-up picnic is a memorable way to celebrate the people you love. Picnics to Remember will do the hard work, we will take care of all the details and set up the picnic to look lovely. No need to stress, just bring yourselves and we will clean up and pack down afterwards. Our pop-up picnics can be set up for couples, marriage proposals, or celebrating friendship.




Is there a time limit on our Picnics to Remember?


We will set up your picnic at your chosen location and pack it up after a maximum of two hours. Please let us know in advance how long you anticipate you would like the picnic for and please flick through a text 30 minutes before you wish to finish, so we can arrive on time to pack this up.




What happens if it rains?


We recommend having a back up indoor or undercover option to fall back on in the event there is wet weather. If the weather is forecast to rain or unexpectedly looks like it is going to rain, we will set up the picnic in the back up indoor/undercover option. For relocation of your picnic location this must be made in writing no less than 24 hours in advance. If you wish to reschedule your picnic to another date, notice must be provided in writing no less than 72 hours in advance and the rescheduled date is subject to availability. Unfortunately we will not be able to give you a refund in the event of wet weather as other picnic bookings have been turned away so we can service your picnic.




Do you cater for dietary restrictions?


If you have dietary restrictions, we will omit the necessary foods and make the following substitutions: - Gluten-free - Vegetarian: we will omit the meat and add extra cheese and hummus. - Vegan: we will omit the meat, cheese, honey and replace with nut cheese and hummus. - Dairy-free: we will omit the cheese and add extra meat and hummus - Keto: we will omit fruit, honey and crackers and add pickles, olives - Pregnancy-friendly: We will omit the meats and include only pasteurised cheeses. Please get in touch, we are happy to accommodate your needs as best as possible.

We deliver within a 10km radius from Albany to the following locations: Albany, Greenhithe, Browns Bay, Glenfield, Forrest Hill, Red Vale, Mairangi Bay, Torbay, Marlborough, Paremoremo, Coatsville, Dairy Flat, Milford, Birkdale, Chatswood, Red Beach




What if I want to order a platter but I'm outside of the delivery location?


If you are located outside of the delivery location above and would still like to order a Valentines Day platter, please get in touch before placing an order and we can look at arranging a pick up location.
